• Experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting
• Strong commitment to supporting students with diverse and intensive needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow educational plans and provide one-on-one or small group support
• Reliable, punctual, and collaborative within a classroom team

Your Role:

• Provide direct instructional and behavioral support to students under the supervision of certified staff
• Assist with classroom management, individual and group activities, and daily routines
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to ensure student needs are met
• Help implement individualized educational programs and accommodations
• Foster an encouraging, supportive atmosphere, promoting students’ success and independence
