Job Description

Lady Dahlia Tequila Bar in Mount Prospect, IL is looking for one bar back to join our team. We are located on 127 W. Prospect Ave. This position is responsible for assisting the bartenders and other support staff to ensure the upkeep of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Restocking bar inventory
Clearing used dishes/silverware/glassware
Maintaining clean service areas
Restocking ice bins
Loading and unloading dish machine
Assisting with basic prep work such as garnishes

Qualifications

Ability to multitask efficiently
Basic knife skills
Proactive at identifying and completing work needs
Ability to assess station needs and act accordingly
Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds
