About this position The key to a successful real estate career is leads, a proven process, and support. We generate 1,400 leads each month from Zillow (650+ leads/month) and Realtor.com (450+ leads/month). These leads come from Orange County, Temecula (surrounding areas), Chino Hills (surrounding areas), and Long Beach (surrounding South LA areas). Competitive splits. No startup cost. No monthly fees. We only earn when you do. We provide a proven process, marketing support, leadership coaching and mentorship, built‑in accountability, and enough leads to keep you busy. 70% of the deals we close are through team leads, so you should be able to add at least one deal a month to your existing volume.
