Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individual clients via video chat, embracing ethical and compassionate approaches to therapy.

• Reduce administrative burdens by utilizing our nearly paperless environment, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Utilizing a patient-centered approach, you will connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensure: A valid and current state license is mandatory, including one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• The ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
\n
• A clean record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

• Proficiency with digital tools and a willingness to embrace telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy is highly desirable, but not essential, as we provide training and support to ease the transition into virtual counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the number of hours worked. Benefits include:
