Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure supporting AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads.
• Build and maintain production-ready, Kubernetes-based customer-facing environments.
• Manage infrastructure and deployment automation using tools such as Terraform, Docker, Helm, and Argo.
• Support customers, investigate complex support tickets, and collaborate on issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain new infrastructure features with other team members.
• Lead technical investigations and create knowledge articles and product documentation.
• Share technical knowledge through internal Gravitee TechTalks.
• Improve team processes and tooling, including AI-driven automation for operations.
• Use and evaluate AI-assisted tools for coding, troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and incident analysis while applying engineering judgment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
• Fluency creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, and certificate management using ZeroSSL or Let's Encrypt.
• Experience with Argo Workflows, ArgoCD, and Helm Charts.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with observability tooling such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Curiosity, continuous-learning orientation, patience, resilience, and strong attention to detail.
• Preferred: experience with API Management or Identity and Access Management platforms.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure requirements, GPU workload orchestration, AI Gateway or LLM-serving infrastructure, networking, service mesh, and traffic management patterns.
