The role supports Agency Leadership, Account Executives, and Account Managers by processing policy transactions, maintaining accurate client records, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate execution of service activities that contribute to client satisfaction and retention.The Attributes We Seek1. High school education or equivalent. 2. One (1) year of commercial insurance, customer service, or administrative support experience preferred. 3. Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License required. 4.
