Construction Estimator
We're hiring for an experienced Construction Estimator. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for estimating, pre-construction, bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations for a large variety of commercial and government construction projects. We're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals that take pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Estimating and quantity take-offs
- Preparing and managing bid packages
- Scheduling
- Cost control
- Managing RFI
- Subcontractor management
- Obtains pricing for materials
- Client relations
- Procurement
- Bid analysis and quality control
Requirements:
- 3+ years' DOD or government estimating project experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
- Takeoff Experience
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Federal or government project experience
