DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize diverse assessment instruments to identify students for Special Education Services. Organize assignments efficiently to meet due dates and mandated timelines. Provide invaluable consultation to parents and school personnel on students' educational needs. Craft comprehensive Full and Individual Evaluation (FIE) or Review of Existing Evaluation Data (REED) reports. Attend ARD Committee meetings, interpreting evaluation results with precision. Perform additional tasks and duties assigned by AIM leaders.

EXPERIENCE

Showcase your expertise with 3+ years of successful teaching in a public or private school setting. Demonstrate experience in administering and interpreting various psycho‑educational evaluation instruments.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Hold a Master's Degree in education or a related field from an accredited university. Possess a valid Texas teaching certification. Educational Diagnostician Certification by the Texas Education Agency (TEA). Successfully completed the Texas Examinations of Educator Standards (TExES).

COMPETENCIES

Proficient in Test Kits, Diagnostic Software, and Report Writing. Strong Time Management & Punctuality skills. Embody Professional Email and Messaging Etiquette. Navigate Special Education Management Software (eSped/Frontline), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office with ease.

COMPENSATION

AIM offers a competitive hourly rate, commensurate with your valuable experience. Offers pending a valid background check that allows you to work in a public school setting.
