Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: $17.50/hour during the first 60 days, increasing to $18.50/hour upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Overtime: Typically 45+ hours per week, including at least 5 hours of overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming ingredients, supplies, and materials.
• Properly store and organize products in designated storage areas, including refrigerated coolers.
• Transport ingredients and materials between adjacent buildings with forklift
• Accurately record quantities, lot numbers, and receiving information in the inventory system.
• Operate forklifts, manual and electric pallet jacks, computers, and scanners.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage areas while following food safety procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and basic math skills.
• Ability to read and verify product labels, quantities, and receiving documents.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous warehouse, receiving, or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred; training may be provided.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and handling materials throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and enter refrigerated coolers for short periods.
• Comfortable working around moving equipment and following workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
