Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews, and providing training or coaching.Process Optimization: Identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement strategies to boost productivity.Performance Tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing operational reports for executives.Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all products or services meet quality standards and that the business complies with safety and industry regulationsSkills:Strong leadership and team management skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of operational processes, reporting, and performance monitoring.Education & Experience:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2 – 3 years of supervisory, operations, or team leadership experience preferred.
