We’re looking for a Lead Server / Assistant Manager to join our breakfast and brunch team.
This is primarily a serving position, with additional leadership responsibilities to help keep the team organized and service running smoothly during busy hours. The ideal candidate is experienced in hospitality, comfortable taking initiative, and able to support both the front-of-house team and management.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent, friendly service to guests
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Help organize the serving team during peak hours
Assist with staff scheduling and shift organization
Help coordinate food orders between the front and back of house
Support and guide other servers when needed
Help maintain a positive, organized, and efficient work environment
Lead by example and assist management with daily operations
Requirements
Previous serving experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to take initiative and help lead a team
Full-time availability, including weekends
