Senior Construction Project Manager – Commercial Construction | Greater Tampa Bay

$125,000 - $145,000 +Project Bonus | Comprehensive Benefits Package | High-Profile Construction Projects

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing construction operations, driving project success, and ensuring excellence from planning through completion.

What You’ll Do:

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead full lifecycle project management for Bay to Bay projects, ensuring seamless execution from preconstruction through close-out.
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks, challenges, and opportunities
• Coordinate teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations

Financial & Contract Management

• Lead subcontractor buyout and scope negotiations
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting
• Oversee change management and contract administration
• Partner with dedicated Project Administration support to streamline execution and reporting

Team Leadership

• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and field teams
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and high-performance project teams
• Lead recurring project meetings and drive proactive decision-making

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Lead client meetings with confidence, clarity, and transparency
• Represent Bay to Bay’s values and commitment to excellence in every interaction

Process Improvement & Company Growth

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery systems and processes
• Help establish best practices as the company continues to scale
• Provide guidance to junior PMs while actively supporting their growth and leadership development

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field, or 3 years of construction related experience
• 7+ years of progressive experience managing commercial construction projects within a general contracting or construction management environment
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering consistent results
• Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and client satisfaction
