KS (On-site from day one) Employment Type Full-Time (W2 only) Experience Range Min 10+ Years Work Authorization Who can work on a full-time W2 basis without sponsorship Job Descriptions: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Expert in implementing, and support Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting). Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including: Security policies, NAT, routing VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access) Panorama management and threat prevention profiles Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high-density deployments. Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third-party interoperability. Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration. Lead hands‑on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains. Real‑time packet capture skills to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls. (Wireshark) Required Technical Skills Cisco SDA: DNA Center, ISE integration, fabric edge/control nodes, policy troubleshooting OR Cisco ACI: APIC, EPGs, contracts, fabric health, L2/L3 connectivity Palo Alto Firewalls: PAN-OS, Panorama, security policies, IPSec VPN, NAT Wireless: Enterprise WLAN design, RF analysis, troubleshooting VPN: IPSec site-to-site, remote access, multi-vendor environments Infoblox: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Grid Master, HA Networking Fundamentals: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, multicast Roles & Responsibilities Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer in a high pressure factory environments Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network related tickets. Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades. Understanding Network support priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them. Should be able to lead and drive technically the Operational issues on his own in a high pressure environment engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting. Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address the Network related issues. Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner. Resourceful, with the ability to work independently. Strong time management skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
