Job Title: MIG Welder (Structural Steel) - WEEKLY PAY $20+/hr.
Location: Wetumpka, AL
Pay: Starting at $20/hour (+ $2/hour shift differential for evening shift)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (+$2/hr. differential)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable MIG Welder to join our team in Wetumpka. This position involves structural steel welding in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints and performing accurate welds in multiple positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel for structural components
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Weld in vertical and horizontal positions with precision
• Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience with MIG welding (steel) required
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Proficiency in vertical and horizontal welding
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work full shifts and maintain consistent attendance
• Reliable transportation to Wetumpka facility
