Position Overview:
We are in search of a forward-thinking and seasoned Endocrinologist to take on the role of Program Director for our ACGME-accredited Endocrinology Fellowship Program. The perfect candidate will guide the program with a strong dedication to educational excellence, clinical practice, and research activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage all facets of the fellowship program, including curriculum design, faculty involvement, and adherence to ACGME standards.
• Guide and assess fellows, fostering a nurturing and academically challenging environment.
• Work in partnership with institutional leadership to promote program objectives and strategic goals.
• Engage in active clinical practice and contribute to scholarly endeavors.

Requirements:

• Board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in graduate medical education.
• Proven leadership, teaching, and administrative capabilities.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Florida.
