Job Functions: Collect information from bus riders to secure their opinions on a variety of topics via paper surveying and tablet interviewing Distribute/collect surveys, and interviewing/assisting people in completing a public transportation survey Record information including time, passenger refusals, and overall passenger counts Qualifications Must be 18 or older Minimum Education -- HS Diploma or GED Be able to stand for extended periods of time Be able to carry/lift 10 lbs Be able to speak clearly, communicate effectively and read with corrected vision Strong customer service skills and be self-motivated Be able to follow written and oral directions Bi-lingual is a plus Additional Information Compensation: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr JLM Staffing
