Nursing Care Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Manager. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols. Monitor residents' vital signs and assess their physical and emotional status. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Document nursing assessments, interventions, and resident responses accurately and timely. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
