Job Details:


• 12-hour night shifts, weekends only (Friday through Sunday)
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Every weekend contract with every other holiday rotation as needed
• 13-week contract
• Must be willing to float to Aspirus Merrill, Wausau, Langlade, and Stanley locations
• No on-call requirements, but encouraged
• Work in an 8-bed emergency department with potential to flow into additional clinical exam rooms
• Patient ratio is acuity dependent and could be up to 1:5
• Minimum 3+ years of emergency room experience required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred but not required
• Required certifications: WI or compact RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Scrubs must be clean, work appropriate, and adhere to PPE guidelines
• Contractors must reside outside a 50-mile radius of facility

This hospital is a community-based medical facility offering emergency services in a smaller, specialized setting. The emergency department consists of 8 beds with the ability to expand into additional clinical exam rooms based on patient volume and acuity. The facility is part of a larger regional health system with multiple locations, providing staff with the opportunity to work across various sites and gain diverse clinical experience.
