Our traveling teams support projects in data centers, semiconductor facilities, advanced manufacturing, industrial facilities, mission-critical environments, and other large-scale commercial projects. This is an opportunity to work on complex projects, gain experience in multiple markets, and build a career with a growing organization. About This Role This is a field leadership position responsible for executing plumbing scopes on large-scale projects across multiple states. You'll lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate manpower and materials, and drive productivity while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule. Why Join Us? Travel opportunities across multiple states Per diem for eligible traveling employees Competitive compensation and benefits 401(k) with company match Career growth and advancement opportunities Exposure to high-profile, technically advanced projects Team-oriented environment where We Build People What You'll Do Lead daily plumbing field operations and installation activities Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Plan work to meet project schedules and milestones Ensure plumbing installations meet drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards Maintain a strong focus on safety, productivity, and workmanship Partner with Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and other trades Identify and resolve field issues quickly Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate daily progress Support inspections, turnover, and project closeout What You'll Bring 5+ years of plumbing field leadership experience preferred Experience leading large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, codes, drawings, and specifications Ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple work activities Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality, and schedule Ability and willingness to travel extensively Project Environment Our teams work in some of the most advanced construction environments in the country, including: Data Centers Semiconductor Facilities Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Manufacturing Mission-Critical Facilities Large-scale Commercial & Industrial Projects Location: AZ, TX, UT and many more...
