About the Position

Job Title: Clinical Services Associate Profession: Clinical Services Associate Specialty: Rheumatology Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: 2+ years working in a physician office setting License: Not specified Certifications: EPIC experience is a plus Must-Have: Candidates should be able to commute within 45 minutes of the practice. Candidates should be flexible to work core hours between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM. Description: Responsible for rooming patients and taking vitals. Perform phlebotomy and use EMR to alert providers that patients are ready. Review past medical, surgical, family, smoking history, allergies, medications, and other assigned responsibilities. Conduct front desk work and meet patients. Schedule visits and manage clinical phone communication.
