Join Our Team as a Barista at Native Fields LLC in Walnut, CA!

Native Fields LLC, located in Walnut, CA, is looking for an experienced and skilled barista to join our team! If you have a love for coffee, an eye for detail, and a knack for creating exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

As a barista at Native Fields LLC, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding coffee and specialty drinks to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality espresso drinks quickly and consistently, even during busy service.
• Dialing in espresso and maintaining drink consistency with strong attention to presentation and quality.
• Showcasing your latte art skills (preferred) to enhance the guest experience.
• Developing creative seasonal coffee and specialty drink recipes.
• Multitasking between drink preparation, taking orders, restocking, and cleaning.
• Keeping the barista station clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Following recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency.
• Collaborating with our Front of House (FOH) and kitchen teams to create a seamless workflow.
• Engaging with guests in a friendly, outgoing manner to make them feel welcome.

To thrive in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 3 years of barista experience with strong espresso and coffee knowledge.
• Comfortable dialing in espresso and maintaining consistent quality.
• Creative mindset and a passion for developing unique coffee and drink offerings.
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and consistent weekend availability.
• A valid Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
