This is a unique opportunity to practice in a highly collaborative, well-supported environment dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient care to children and adolescents. Join a well-established, multidisciplinary behavioral health team, including: 3 Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists (including this role) 5 Licensed Therapists 1 RN and 3 CMAs 1 Medical Director overseeing inpatient and outpatient services You’ll also benefit from strong operational support with a dedicated team of: Schedulers Registration staff Insurance verification specialists Practice Setting Located on the Davidson Behavioral Health campus Outpatient clinic is co-located alongside the inpatient hospital, enabling seamless coordination of care Collaborative, team-based model with excellent clinical and administrative infrastructure Integrated continuum of care supporting both inpatient and outpatient services Why Atrium Health? Position Highlights Monday–Friday schedule with: ~36 hours of direct patient care 4 hours of dedicated administrative time Early Fridays: Clinic closes at 1:30 PM to promote work‑life balance and team collaboration. Hybrid Model: Minimum of one onsite day per week; remaining days can be remote.
