Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assembly of components and finished products
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Complete basic electrical wiring tasks as part of the assembly process
- Work with hand tools and equipment to assemble parts accurately
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a consistent workflow to meet production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Previous mechanical assembly experience required
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions
- Experience with or willingness to learn basic electrical wiring
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Good communication and flexibility in a production setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequent use of hands for detailed assembly work
- Ability to lift and handle materials as needed
