Retail Sales Associate

Ability to work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment. Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors. The starting range for this position is $18.00-$22.50 and may increase to $27.00 depending on merit, length of service with the company, and other factors. Build a relationship with your customer from greeting through post-sale contact. Assist with visually merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects, as well as conducting merchandise stock counts. Handle the cash register, as a cashier, at the point of sale in the store.
