Job Opportunity: Float Pool Registered Nurse
Our organization is currently looking for a Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, resident-focused care at our skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care facilities in Dover, NH. This versatile position allows you to move between units according to resident needs and census levels.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and administer medications and treatments.
- Update and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Provide mentorship and support to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to changes in residents' conditions.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of care provided.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to varying resident acuity and unit needs.
