Job Title: Phlebotomist III- Floater Job Location: Clifton, NJ Duration: 3+ months of Contract with possible extension Shift: Mon-Fri (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) with alternate Sat (7:30 am - 12:00 pm) EST Pay Rate: $25.74/hr. on W2. Job Description: The Phlebotomist III – Float represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. This role requires drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while adhering to established practices and procedures. The Phlebotomist III – Float has direct contact with patients, helping to build trust and confidence while performing blood collections in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner. This position provides coverage at multiple locations and in various roles such as Patient Service Centers, In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP), Mobile, and Long-Term Care. Candidates must be able to act as a lead on-site and support onboarding for new clients and employees. This role often supports complex and high-volume practices, requiring excellent communication and collaboration across multiple departments including Sales, Lab Testing, IT, Billing, and Logistics.
