Forklift Driver

Warehouse Associate

This shift will be Monday-Friday 3:00PM- 12:00AM with potential weekend work.

What You'll Do:

· Receives, locates, and transfers materials accurately and in a timely manner.

· Adhere to FIFO, FEFO inventory rotation.

· Works in dry, refrigerated and freezer warehouses with appropriate PPE for each.

· Counts and weighs materials and records information.

· Identifies damaged materials and records material shortages.

· Loads and unloads materials onto and from a variety of containers including but not limited to trucks, conveyors, racks, pallets, and/or trays; utilizes appropriate tools to accomplish task.

· Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing hand truck or Forklift.

· Stacks and assembles materials.

· Perform floor counts when necessary.

· Maintains a safe, clean working environment.

· Participates in quality improvement efforts.

· Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.

· Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

What You'll Need:

· One to two years related experience preferably in a food production environment

· Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.

· Ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Commitment to excellence and high standards

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

· Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

· Attention to detail.

· Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

· Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace

Pay Rate: $30.00- $33.00/hour + overtime + Weekends + Benefits
