The Photographer / Videographer is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenixville, PA. This role is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photo and video content that supports client campaigns and VFC's internal marketing initiatives. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative and account teams to interpret project briefs, scheduling and executing studio and location shoots, and handling lighting, audio, and equipment setup. The role also involves post-production editing, color correction, basic motion graphics, and delivering final assets in required formats. The Photographer / Videographer is expected to maintain and organize equipment, manage digital asset libraries, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project timelines. Qualifications Strong skills in digital photography, videography, and basic lighting techniques; ability to capture both studio and on-location content. Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent). Experience collaborating within creative teams, interpreting creative briefs, and translating marketing objectives into visual stories. Solid understanding of composition, visual storytelling, and brand consistency across multiple media and platforms. Excellent organizational skills, including file management, asset cataloging, and maintaining equipment in good working order. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced agency setting. Strong communication skills and comfort working on-site with team members and clients during shoots. Relevant experience in commercial, marketing, or agency environments; portfolio demonstrating photography and videography work is required.
