Maintenance Planner

Relocation package is available for candidates currently residing in the United States. We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime through effective scheduling and coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for preventive, predictive, and corrective activities Coordinate planned maintenance tasks with production schedules to minimize operational disruptions Create, prioritize, and manage work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Collaborate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and production staff to address equipment reliability issues Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs Implement best practices and contribute to the development of maintenance policies and procedures Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance planning within an industrial setting Experience using SAP as ERP is considered a strong asset Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks within budget and time constraints Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety standards Familiarity with converting processes Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Engineering and Manufacturing Industries Paper and Forest Product Manufacturing, Packaging and Containers Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Linxus Group Inc. by 2x Get notified about new Maintenance Planner jobs in Tulsa, OK . #J-18808-Ljbffr
