Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 08:00 - 16:30

Job Description: Join our dynamic team as a Physical Therapist in a vibrant community known for its scenic parks and recreational activities. The facility offers a supportive environment, and you will have the opportunity to work in an acute rehab setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patients' physical function and mobility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home exercises.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Preferred experience level; will consider new graduates with appropriate clinical affiliations.
