Axos Bank Target Range: $18.00/Hr. - $24.00/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. This is a commission eligible role. About This Job Axos is seeking a Collector who will be responsible for determining reason for customer payment delinquency and obtains payment commitment while adhering to laws and regulations. Responsibilities Place routine calls to customers as first point of contact to obtain payment for goods or services Recognize calls requiring special handling or customized responses and escalating accordingly Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer payment history and status of account Receive clear communication including feedback, coaching, individual needs assessment, and training gaps, including regular, one-on-one performance reviews to ensure performance ad quality standards are being met Ensure collection practices adhere to policies, regulations and standards Qualifications HS Diploma 1-2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, consumer loans, commercial loans and/or real estate Axos Employee Benefits May Include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Sick Leave, 3 weeks’ Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year) HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings Plan Employee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed Trading About Axos Born digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
