Manufacturing Production Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Assistant to support our client's production team in Spartanburg, SC to help ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process. In this role, you will provide administrative and production support before, during, and after manufacturing. You'll work closely with production and other departments to maintain accurate records, assist with planning, and keep information flowing efficiently. Responsibilities Search and retrieve information from the company's ERP database. Assist with production planning based on production needs and inventory requirements. Enter and process raw material receipts in the ERP system. Complete production entries and maintain accurate filing and documentation. Assist with basic purchasing activities and enter purchase orders into the ERP system. Perform basic analysis of production data and prepare information as needed. Provide general administrative support to the production team. Work collaboratively with production and related departments to meet deadlines and company objectives. Requirements Minimum 1 year of administrative experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word and Excel. Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational and planning skills. Willingness to cooperate, share responsibilities, and work as part of a team. Ability to take direction and accept feedback from team members and other departments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience working with an ERP system is an asset. Salary: $48,000-$49,500 per year Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
