Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, licensed Massage Therapist who delivers therapeutic, effective, and customized treatments. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and passionate about client care. You’ll work in a supportive, organized environment with predictable scheduling and strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and specialty modalities (as trained)

• Customize each session based on client needs, goals, and contraindications

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room

• Educate clients on treatment plans, wellness routines, and recommended frequency

• Uphold all Washington State massage laws, ethics, and sanitation standards

• Arrive prepared, on time, and ready for each service

• Document session notes accurately and promptly

• Participate in team communication and occasional training

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Massage Therapy License (LMT)

• Current liability insurance

• Strong communication and client‑care skills

• Ability to maintain professionalism in a luxury spa environment

• Reliability, punctuality, and consistency
