About the Role:
Divine Homes Healthcare Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide in-home support to individuals in the Falls Church, VA area. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, hands-on in-home support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
• Support community integration and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions per established care plans
• Foster a safe, supportive, and respectful home environment for all clients
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and care team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience as a DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or in a related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
