Monitor Certificate of Occupancy (CofO) readiness. Coordinate closing timelines with lenders, title partners, and Area Managers. Prepare and distribute final closing documentation and key packages. Manage CDs, title/escrow fees, and related expenses. Coordinate closing document preparation and RWC paperwork. Send inspection reports to lenders by community (bi-weekly; Liz to train team). Ensure smooth ownership transfer at closing. Act as authorized signers, as scheduled. Cash sales w/ Escrow Holdback by Community Move Folders, Print emails, update CWS Missing CofO’s by Community Owner of all Lender Communication; including OSL’s Missing Title Work – by community What Will You Bring?
