Responsibilities Provide acute care physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and support safe patient discharge. Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop plans of care. Deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning. Qualifications Bachelor, Master, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy. Current state Physical Therapy license.
