Veterinary Practice Manager

We are seeking a full-time Veterinary Practice Manager to lead and organize our veterinary team, including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. Responsibilities Include Overseeing daily clinic operations, focusing on personnel management such as hiring, training, and development Managing scheduling and inventory systems Guiding staff towards continuous improvement and maintaining excellent client and patient care Balancing business needs with staff well-being Qualifications And Skills Previous management experience in a veterinary setting Comfortable working both front and back of house Experience with clinical HR functions, SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary actions Ability to quickly learn and operate the practice management system, ImproMed Benefits include: competitive salary medical/dental/vision insurance retirement plan paid time off holidays pet discounts The role offers support for professional growth and work-life balance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
