Registered Nurse - Specialty Procedure II

Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) manages nursing care in the cath lab and interventional radiology, supporting high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops and coordinates individualized care plans, implements and documents nursing interventions, and evaluates patient outcomes. Collaborates with healthcare team members, provides patient education, and ensures safety and infection control standards. Demonstrates professional accountability, participates in quality improvement, and delivers age-appropriate and specialized care, including pain management and abuse assessment. Qualifications & Skills Requires a nursing degree, valid licensure, and ALS certification. Preferred experience includes medical-surgical, critical care, or post-anesthesia care. Must adhere to safety protocols, communicate effectively, demonstrate competence, and work well under pressure. Additional Duties Supports a respectful, courteous service environment, maintains confidentiality, and contributes to unit-based performance improvement.
