HCM Consultant

To drive the successful implementation and adoption of HCM solutions, the full-time HCM Consultant will collaborate with clients to analyze HR needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure seamless deployments in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities Work closely with clients to understand their HR and workforce management needs Analyze existing processes and deliver tailored HCM solutions to enhance employee engagement Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless deployments and continuous improvement Required qualifications Proven experience as an HCM Consultant or in a related HR technology role Experience with popular HCM platforms such as Sage Payroll, Sage HRMS, ADP, and WorkforceGo Strong understanding of human resources processes including talent acquisition and payroll Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions
