Field Support Associate (Truck Required)

Part-Time Field Support Associate Fetch is a venture-backed company redefining multifamily living through four core services: Package Delivery, Valet Trash, Fetch Market, and Fetch Storage. Operating nationwide with rapid growth ahead, we combine logistics, technology, and hospitality to shape the future of multifamily living. Responsibilities Conduct field audits to verify service quality, safety compliance, and site conditions. Perform inventory-related tasks, including: Equipment condition checks Inventory replenishment Lockbox and fob replacement Coordination of minor equipment repair Provide compactor and dumpster assistance when access, overflow, or blockage issues occur. Support service verification efforts, including observational evaluation of contractor performance. Assist with temporary service window coverage or on-site operational support during high-demand events. Document findings clearly and submit reports to Valet Trash Operations. Qualifications Willingness to drive and perform hands‑on, physical field work within a metro area. Strong attention to detail with the ability to document observations accurately. Reliable open bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer is required. Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications. Ability to lift and handle up to 50-70 lbs as required. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Travel and Mileage Local market travel between communities is required. Approved work-related mileage is reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
