Healthcare Provider Position

This position requires 5 shifts per week, including every other weekend.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

The Healthcare Provider will deliver high-quality care to patients while adhering to established protocols and guidelines. Responsibilities will encompass a variety of patient care tasks and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with daily activities
• Monitor patient health and report any changes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid state licensure required
• Current certifications in necessary health and safety regulations, including but not limited to MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, TB test, and Varicella
• Completion of a Catholic criminal background check and additional Catholic facility forms are required
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
