As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for prospective buyers, build meaningful customer relationships, manage leads, and guide clients through the real estate purchasing process from initial inquiry through closing. Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and understand their unique needs and goals. Guide customers through each stage of the purchasing process, making complex information easy to understand. Proactively follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and convert opportunities into sales. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up. Assist with sales documentation and ensure transaction files are complete, accurate, and organized. Represent SWE Homes at marketing, networking, and community events to generate new leads and expand your professional network. Collaborate closely with internal teams to create a smooth, professional, and exceptional customer experience from inquiry through closing. Stay informed about available properties, market opportunities, and company offerings. Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, or a related customer-facing environment. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence. Competitive, motivated, resilient, and results-oriented. Natural ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop lasting customer relationships. Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs. Confident and comfortable communicating by phone and in person. Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and CRM platforms such as Zoho. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
