Ideal Candidate Profile:

Medical Degree (MD or DO) with active or eligible board certification in Family Medicine.

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in New York State.

Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.

An entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base.

Must have clinical experience; not considering new graduates or those currently in fellowship.

Preference for candidates based in Long Island, especially those with an established patient following or seeking a transition from private practice or retirement.
