About The Role As a Financial Analyst you will have the ability to effectivelyassistin developing, managing, and achieving our companies’ financial goals. Interact with administrative and segment management toassistin preparing annual plans and to provide reports and analysis of monthly financial results. WhatYou’llDo Management / Segment Support Analyze the segment’s business operating resultson a monthly basisand developappropriate commentaryfor different audiences.Workwith segment/regional/industry leads tounderstandbusiness drivers,issuesand opportunities. Produce monthly management reports for Senior Management, including financial information, keymetricsand variance analysis. Assistin the development, consistent definition and tracking of key financial and operational performance indicators. Continuously improve the accuracy and speed of recurring reporting. Support the budgeting/forecast processes, including revenue and expense assumptions, assessment of risks and opportunities, and analysis for management decision making. Assess various business scenarios and translate changing economic,regulatoryand other local conditions into financial implications. Analyze competitivelandscapeand make recommendations based on market changes in areas of cost control,pricingand growth strategy. Analyze project pricing/profitability during the intake and develop operational adjustment options for management decision making. Assistwithdevelopmentof ongoing profitability tracking and reporting. As needed,participatein financial modeling requirements for potential acquisitions, etc. Support the long-term strategic planning process, ensuring reasonableness of assumptions and output. Provide ad hoc reporting as needed to support segment orCorporateneeds. What You Will Need to Succeed Basic Qualifications BS in Economics or Financeor other related fields 1+years’ experience in financial areas with concentration in financial analysis Experience using Microsoft Power Platforms This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite of products including Power BI and Power Query Knowledge of financial statement #J-18808-Ljbffr
