Join Our Growing Urology Practice in Upstate New York
We are thrilled to invite several generalists and subspecialized urologists to become part of our expanding team at a well-established private practice in Upstate New York. Our organization is well-equipped to accommodate subspecialty services in areas such as Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Robotics, Urologic Oncology, and Minimally Invasive Surgery.
Position Highlights:- Become a member of a team comprising 26 urologists across multiple locations, supported by numerous dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Practice at 9 accessible locations and collaborate with 9 hospitals.
- Enjoy a manageable on-call schedule; each site has its own call pool, ensuring no cross-coverage is required.
- Engage in outreach initiatives with local hospitals, which are optional and compensated separately.
- Receive a competitive compensation package with excellent bonus potential.

- Partnership opportunities available after two years of service.
- Robotics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Benefit from a newly constructed Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) established in 2021, dedicated solely to urologic surgeries, along with our own Intravenous Oncolytics Division and oral oncolytics program.
