Locum Tenens OB Hospitalist Physician
Position Type: Locum Tenens
Specialty: Physician - Hospitalist - OB
Location: Indiana
Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM 7:00 PM 7:00 AM 24 Hour Coverage
Start Date: ASAP Upon Credentialing
End Date: Ongoing Sporadic Coverage
Position Details:
Patient Population: OB Patients
Setting: Acute Care Hospital / Laborist Program
Responsibilities: Providing inpatient OB hospitalist coverage, labor & delivery support, fetal monitoring, emergency OB care, and collaboration with NICU teams
Required Procedures: OB Hospitalist & Laborist Coverage
EMR System: Cerner / PowerChart
Support Staff: Dedicated OB & NICU Team
Days Per Month: Sporadic Coverage with Minimum One Weekend Per Month
On-Call/Weekends: Weekend Coverage Required
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible within 5 Years of Residency
- Active Indiana License Required
- NRP, PALS & NCC Fetal Heart Monitoring Required
- NPDB Self-Query Required at Submission
