Associate Director of Paid Advertising
Power Digital Marketing, Inc.
Managing a team of 3+ direct reports, the full-time remote Associate Director of Paid Advertising will oversee client accounts, drive strategic growth initiatives, and enhance team skills while ensuring high-quality execution of paid advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Manage a pod of paid advertising team members, focusing on their development and team culture Oversee client account performance, ensuring timely delivery and proactive strategy recommendations Utilize AI technologies and operational excellence to optimize workflows and enhance team performance Required Qualifications: 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with Search Engine Marketing and Meta ads direct response campaigns 3+ years of management experience leading teams Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and the role of paid advertising within it #J-18808-Ljbffr Power Digital Marketing, Inc.
