Cabinet Technician / Trim Carpenter / Cabinet Installer Duties & Responsibilities Work in consumers’ homes to transform their kitchen Follow the workplan to deliver an outstanding end result for the homeowner Operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun safely Drill for hinges, install doors, drawer boxes, and drawer fronts Additional Responsibilities Work quickly and efficiently with a stellar work ethic Maintain excellent attention to detail and take personal pride in a job well done the first time Interact with customers on a professional and friendly level Arrive to job sites on time in appropriate work clothing Keep the work area clean, orderly, and clean up daily Requirements Ability to work in Middlesex County, Fairfield County, and New Haven County Valid driver’s license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required Ability to pass a criminal background check Benefits $25–$40 per hour based on experience Fast-growing company with rapid market expansion Growth opportunities available Consistent hours Systems and processes in place Ongoing training and coaching provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
