Paralegal / Legal Assistant • Remote‑Hybrid Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year About Us We are a thriving law firm seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive Permanent Paralegal to collaborate with attorneys on securities litigation. The role requires strong calendaring, excellent client communication, and a passion for high‑volume work. Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Hybrid / Remote Work Environment Competitive Compensation Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparation and filing of all court documents Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles Organize and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, deadlines, and events Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation Draft correspondence and legal documents such as contracts and mortgages Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions Assist with securities litigation cases, including preparing briefs, motions, and other court documents Provide exceptional client service, managing communications and promptly responding to inquiries Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in securities litigation Paralegal certification or equivalent degree Proven experience with calendaring and managing multiple deadlines Strong knowledge of legal research databases and bibliographies Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a high‑volume workload Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on client communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion Proactive approach, anticipating attorney needs and potential client issues Equal Opportunity Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
