Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Illinois. This role involves providing patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a focus on orthopedic needs. The selected candidate will utilize the nursing process, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, and participate in performance improvement activities to ensure quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification, graduates of an accredited nursing program (education verification required). No minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in orthopedic or medical surgical nursing.
• Additional Information: The position requires the utilization of clinical expertise to support patient care plans, documentation in accordance with standards of care, and active participation in department improvement initiatives.
